Hair is very difficult

Haha, I started this back before the new year, but I didn't get around to finishing it until now It's very pleasing to see just how far my art has come over the past couple of years! (Comparing it to this Luke from 2013?? :') )
Looked at some tutorials to try and get the hair right; I've never been very good at coloring/shading hair in general. I hope this is acceptable??
Also, it's been so long since I've drawn this boy and I honestly miss him.
